A space to reflect the spirit of Intilaq (i.e. start-up) and to be a landmark in the city, the place to be for young entrepreneurs | special requirements for Intilaq team offices and QFD team offices.
Intilaq Hub should be designed as a literal manifestation of the infinite power of ingenious and small ideas. We imagine the building as a showcase of the startup spirit. Simple, smart, edgy, eclectic and efficient.
Through creativity, entrepreneurs are empowered with the tools to create their own business, prototype and to inhabit their imagination. We think that the building should help them through the process and show them how important they are. At its finest – that is what the building design – and Intilaq– is all about: enabling people to imagine new worlds that are more exciting and expressive than the status quo – and to provide them with the skills to make them reality. This is what entrepreneurs do every day with Intilaq – and this is what we have imagined for the interior design concept: arousing curiosity without impressing, taking youth a step closer towards their dreams.
The Glass box: We decided to create a colorful interior that will reflect the energy and the diversity of ideas under one roof, and to make a unique meeting space that will become the trademark of Intilaq building and will attract the attention of passers-by.
The co-working areas: The interior design of the co-working areas in the ground first and second floor carries on the cheerful theme of the glass box and combines the eclectic and playful spirit with modern minimalism.
The lounge Area: thought to be an informal meeting zone, cozy colorful and attractive.
The private offices: smart and modular are the key words.
Intilaq offices / CEO office and open space for the team: Intilaq team has to get to know the building occupants to establish their initial impressions, and find out about their needs and preferences, their projects and their dreams to mentor them and help them in all aspects of their business. Their offices are close to the coworking areas, look almost the same and aren’t fancy or impressive. They are the equals of the entrepreneurs. This all forms the basis for personal friendship and unique opportunities for live interaction. This contributes to the idea of personal loyalty between individuals, loyalty of Intilaq to individuals, and loyalty of individuals to Intilaq.
QFD offices / CEO office, open space for the team and a meeting room: This area is totally different from the rest of the building since QFD team receive officials. The simplicity of the interior design in this area is supplemented by expensive materials such as leather, copper, marble adding to the aesthetics and coziness of the offices, which reflects the spirit of QFD that is working in pleasant atmosphere.
Two multi-purpose rooms: Smart, efficient and edgy

Mets hotel is a 5-star luxury hotel apartments with rooftop pool & restaurant and offices spaces for rent operating on the ground floor.
The concept basis of the project is intuitive design with luxurious feel and rich materials, whilst having subtle modernist influences from the local architecture.
Terrazo in various tones, which is very distinctive in the Mets neighborhood / wood / textured wallpapers / marble rich in veins
The hotel is spread out throughout the ground floor, 3 floors of rooms and a pool / restaurant at the rooftop. Additionally, the basement will house wellness activities such as the gym and two massage rooms.
Ground floor consists of the hotel lobby and a lounge space overlooking Athens and some ancient ruins, as well as an all-day dining space which is connected to the lounge area and shares the same views. A separate space on the ground floor, the offices, will work under their own management and will have both shared and private office spaces, as well as break out space and a large meeting room, available for rent by individuals or business events.
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor are solely hotel apartments, each having a double bed, as well as a sofa bed, desk and lounge chair, as well as spacious bathroom and kitchenette. All rooms offer views to the surrounding area through their large windows. Superior rooms offer views to the acropolis.
On the top floor, there will be a pool available for the hotel residents to enjoy, while also offering panoramic views of downtown Athens. Additionally, a bar will be located next to the pool, offering drinks and beverages as well as meals from the hotel’s all-day dining, and the space will be available to also hold private events or parties.
The basement, offering a more natural inspired design, will house the gym, locker rooms & sauna, as well as 2 massage rooms.
Draw Link was chosen for the second time to provide interior design consultancy services and to be the fit-out contractor for Roberto’s restaurant. You can check the original design over here “Roberto’s Restaurant – year 2012“.
The project concept was to design a warm and welcoming environment that inspired simplicity and accessibility, using a choice of straightforward, uncomplicated and neutral materials such as leather paneling, wood and travertine marble, thus creating the perfect sensory balance between texture, space and fine dining.
Made up of four select areas, with a variety of flexible seating possibilities, each spot was artistically enhanced by refined and sophisticated lighting and sound, providing guests with a distinct taste, ambience and feel to match their gourmet experience.
The comfortable and relaxed mood is enhanced by live piano music, which ideally complements the lounge’s warm and cozy setting. To add to our guests dining experience, a cigar lounge was created adjacent to the bar that provides a different seating atmosphere altogether, where clients can choose their preferred brand from a wide selection of cigars, presented in a unique display.
The outdoor terrace is cleverly designed in such a way that it can be divided into two distinct areas, forming just the right scenery for private parties and other events.
The establishment is home to the largest ever space in the Middle East devoted exclusively to teppan grill tables, with cooks preparing the food on flat surfaced grills in front of the guests. Clear-cut and unfussy designed furnishing, made from comfortable outdoor materials in harmony with the look and feel of the interior, skillfully provide different types of seating whether guests are enjoying the al fresco dining experience or relaxing in the casual lounge area.
All these attractive and distinctive characteristics, added to an assortment of selected wines for all tastes and savory desires, makes Roberto’s a unique and stimulating culinary experience that leaves a pleasantly lasting sensation on all who patronize it.
Auris hotel is a 3-star business hotel, being conceptualized as urban, art driven, comfortable and practical. This hotel is based on an international theme of urban regeneration. It is a style prevalent in many cities around the world from Copenhagen to Barcelona & Melbourne. Architectural materials, with urban connotations create the base and softer materials layered on top. Artwork is interactive, engaging and architectural, and has some engaging theming…. You are exposed to the character of the interior as you move through the building.
Concrete & Steel are the base materials. To reflect “Urban” concept with Georgian overtones to match architectural language existing in the buildings design. Materiality had a huge impact on the final design. The spaces are dominated by hard finishes so the choices in soft furnishings and fabrics were key considerations.
The pool deck has a Mikonos theme…. Mediterranean, an escape from the urban environment and a relaxing place to spend time. Bohemian seating spots, lounge areas and relaxing sunspots are mixed to give an elective vibe and respite from the rigors of the business world.
The reception lounge has a variety of seating spaces, designed to allow you to manage all the functions of your stay… whether to sit for a coffee, or wait for a valet…. This multi-function space is the heart of the building.
All Day dining allows for a space that covers all types of sit down dining through the day. The space is flexible and communicates quality of food throughout. Fresh produce is on display & the guest can peruse and chose their food items which sends a positive communication about the food being served. Structures are from rolling pins, lights hung from spinning wheels…. There is something very mechanical and engaging about the design.
